Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes! We can gift wrap your purchase and send it diretly to your recipient with your well wishes. We pack items for safe delivery first, then wrap in occasion-neutral cream-colored paper and finish it off with blue ribbon and a matching bow. When shopping on our Etsy shop, please choose the gift wrap option at checkout. There is a small fee for this service to cover the cost of materials.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations?
Absolutely! We sincerely appreciate your support and want to you to be thrilled with anything you purchase from us. If you change your mind for any reason, just contact us within 14 days of receipt for an easy, no-hassle return or exchange. (Don’t throw out the box and packing materials! You’ll need them to return the item to us.)
Orders may be cancelled any time before you receive a shipping confirmation; just message us on Etsy to let us know that you’d like to cancel. Once the order has been shipped, please contact us for return instructions.
Will my order arrive safely?
A glance at our reviews on Etsy will show you that we’ve earned a reputation for safe shipping! We’ve been shipping delicate glassware and breakable china since 2016 with very few items ever arriving damaged. In the rare instance that damage does occurr during shipping, we offer quick and easy resolutions to minimize stress to our customers.
Do you buy items?
We do buy items from individuals, but only locally due to the cost and uncertainty of shipping. If you’re in Northeast Ohio or Western Pennsylvania and have something you think we may be interested in, feel free to contact us with a description of the item(s) and the price you’re looking to sell for. We respond to all requests within 24 hours.
